Colyton Primary School is situated in the small, historic town of Colyton, East Devon. We are within a few miles of the stunning Jurassic Coast, the river Axe and Seaton wetlands nature reserve. We are nestled in this picturesque town and we embrace the rich history that it provides. We are surrounded by a wealth of natural beauty which provide us with an array of opportunities to get involved in our local community and environment.

The school is still housed in some of the original buildings but we have had many additions since then. We have excellent facilities, including 7 classrooms, a well stocked library, many practical and resource areas, a large hall and an ICT suite. Outside we have two playgrounds, a shaded wooded area, as well as a mud kitchen and pond. We have a brand-new kitchen which the children use regularly. We have an adventure area and new playground marking which includes a ‘Daily Mile’ track. All learners are provided with an abundance of modern resources and interactive technology.
